I build the systems
businesses run on.

I started out moving furniture in Spain. I founded a removals company in Melbourne and rebuilt it around software. Today I build AI products — Aivy and Nonimo.

01 — What I'm building

Aivy

AI automation · Australia & Spain

Aivy builds automation for the unglamorous half of a business: document workflows, finance and accounting integrations, customer chatbots, internal tooling. Fixed-scope pilots in four to six weeks, built to pass a procurement review rather than a demo.

Nonimo

Privacy software · Mac & Windows

Teams already paste client data into ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. Nonimo finds the sensitive parts and replaces them on your own machine, before anything leaves it — so people keep the tools they like and the data stays where it belongs.

02 — Where it came from

North Removals, Melbourne

I founded North Removals in 2023, and I remain its founder and majority shareholder. It grew into one of the highest-rated moving companies in Melbourne.

The interesting part was never the trucks. Quoting, dispatch, payroll, customer messaging — all of it was built in-house, because nothing off the shelf fit. That work is what turned into Aivy.

03 — The short version

I skipped university and went straight into the moving industry in Spain. A few years later I was regional manager for one of the largest moving companies in the country.

Then I moved to Australia and started again from nothing — a new market, a language to learn, no network. North Removals came out of that.

What I actually learned there was that most businesses are not held back by the work. They are held back by everything wrapped around the work: the quotes, the handoffs, the admin nobody wants. That is the part I build now, and AI made it far cheaper to build.

Since 2026 I have been based in Valencia, Spain.
